Allison Joy Langer
Allison Joy Courtenay (nee Langer, born May 22 1974) popularly referred to as A. J. Langer is retired American actress and - since 2015 - the Countess of Devon. Rayanne Graff was her role in the TV show My So-Called Life. She is the daughter of Deana Langer, an audiologist as well as Gary Langer who worked as a sales representative for an online fashion retailer. [citation needed] At five she moved to San Fernando Valley with her family. Her teammates thought her name Allison was too feminine, and she began to call her "A.J." after she joined an all-boys baseball team. Kirk is her older brother. Langer was cast in Rayanne Graff's role in My So-Called Life after she was a regular on several television shows, including Baywatch, The Wonder Years and Drexell's Class. She was also part of the cast of the sitcoms Three Sisters and It's Like, You Know... as well as the drama Eyes. Film credits include John Carpenter's Escape From L.A. and Wes Craven's horror film People Under the Stairs.
